When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and password. We also collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.

We use trusted third-party services to operate Route Runner, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data entered by your team is visible to other members of your account according to their role. Owners and admins have broader access; drivers see only their assigned routes; guardians see only their own children's information.
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Route Runner is a business tool used by transportation companies. While the Service stores records related to children (such as names and pickup history), it is not directed at children and children do not create accounts. All child records are entered and managed by authorized adults — business owners, admins, or guardians.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child's information has been entered into the Service inappropriately, please contact us.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which uses industry-standard security practices.
